240mls = Mould fill amount (Pot 140mls, lid 100mls).
This lovely little bowl is 5cm deep. I found that you need to pop some scrunched up tissue paper inside it to keep it's shape (you can smooth the outer parts of the tissue paper) to ensure you get it round so the lid fits.
