We highly recommend you thoroughly read the Bramblier safety data information we include on every Ecrylimer product page on our website to ensure you are aware of the safety requirements for making items with Ecrylimer. Bramblier cannot guarantee that customers will not experience reactions, and cannot be held responsible should any occur.

It is the ethos of Bramblier to deal with customer concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly. Customer service issues are best raised by contacting us via our Contact Us page. Email is our preferred option as this gives us a written record of the issue and we will do whatever we can to solve your problem for you in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner.


If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a description of the fault, and a photo if possible. In some circumstances, we may require a photo of the faulty product also. We may ask for the faulty item to be returned to us for assessment, in which a paid return method will be issued. Bramblier will be happy to refund or replace the faulty product, within 14 days of purchase. For items that arrive damaged, please email us photographs within 7 days.


Bramblier are not required to offer an exchange or refund if you have had a change of heart for a product you have ordered. To ensure you are ordering the right products for your requirements, simply email to receive a complimentary consultation.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items under any circumstances. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will be emailed your store credit information.

Only items purchased on the Bramblier website can be returned to us for store credit or exchange. Items purchased in a store, or specialty online retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or accept returns on used or opened items. For unused items (unopened) we also have a 7 days from receipt of items returns policy and can offer a credit note for items returned. For items you would like exchanged the postage cost associated in returning the items to Bramblier and redelivering the exchanged items to you are at your expense.

Postage and handling costs to return items to Bramblier for a credit note are not covered and are at your expense irrespective of whether or not you received a free shipping offer with that purchase. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
