HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
An order placed before 9am will be processed and usually shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 9am will be processed and shipped out within one to two business days, unless otherwise advised. Whilst we endeavour to meet these times, sometimes an order will go out later than this.
EXPRESS Shipping is available for orders up to 42kgs. Standard courier options (including free freight options) are also available and all freight options are listed at checkout.
Standard International Shipping starts at $60.
If your order weighs over 40kg at checkout please contact us for other freight options.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Express Post in Australia takes approximately 3-5 Business days depending on your location and Australia Post.
Please note if you order on a Friday after 11am your order won’t be processed until Monday.
Courier (Road Freight) usually takes 10-15 business days and orders are shipped via Toll Couriers.
Please arrange for delivery to a work address or a trusted person who is home during business hours. Parcel post may be left at the discretion of the post delivery service in your absence, or may be carded for collection at your nearest post office.
A tracking number will be sent to you when the order is dispatched
OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA/INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Regular mail with delivery time between 10-21 days depending on where you live.
All purchase on the website are priced in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that the display prices may be automatically converted to your local currency – the display prices can be changed using the small flag widget on the side of every page. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Duty and tax thresholds vary from country to country – please check your local customs department for details.
Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs charges will incur an additional shipping fee.

All goods are despatched from Launceston, Tasmania and are delivered by Australia Post.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Please contact us via email or the contact page. Please note orders are sent daily at 9am Mon – Fri so you will need to have contacted us before this time to make any changes.
We do not guarantee a successful outcome of delivery address changes after order placement, so please take extra care to provide the correct address when you order.
